RECRUITMENT

Hey there! I’m Courtney Bock, Vice President of Membership Recruitment. I will be graduating in May of 2024 with a degree in Early Childhood Education and a certification in Special Education. As VP of Recruitment, I am able to show girls what it means to be an Alpha Phi, everything that comes along with it, and welcome them into the chapter. Coming into college, I did not know anyone or have any friends who were going to UNT, so I decided to go through formal recruitment in the Fall of 2021 in hopes to find a community, and I found that and so much more. My college experience would definitely not be the same if it weren’t for this group of girls. Alpha Phi has brought me so many opportunities, experiences, and lifelong friendships that I will always be grateful for. I have been on Exec for nearly two years now, holding three different positions, which has been so rewarding. I knew from the second I went through recruitment that I wanted to be involved in it on the other side. The feeling of being so welcomed and loved even in a room full of strangers is a feeling I wanted to recreate for as many girls as I could.
